Accounts are invite-based: people join your workspace only when an administrator invites them, and access is removed the moment they’re off-boarded. The sign-in layer is built to support single sign-on as your team standardizes on it.

06 —Our principles

We answer from your documents, and we prove it.

Trust on a B2B platform isn’t a badge — it’s how the system behaves when a technician asks it something under pressure. These are the rules the product holds to.

  1. 01 Grounded over guessing If the answer isn’t in your documents or service history, the assistant says so rather than inventing a plausible-sounding fix. A cited “here’s what we have” beats a confident wrong guess on the machine floor.
  2. 02 Scoped to your account Retrieval never reaches outside your tenant. One operator’s wiring diagrams and call notes are never visible to another — the boundary is part of every query, not an afterthought.
  3. 03 Auditable by default Every answer carries its sources, so a fix can be checked against the actual manual page or the prior service call it came from. Trust is something you verify, not something we ask for.
  4. 04 Least access, by role People see what their role needs and no more. Scoped resources keep an individual technician’s view to their own work while managers retain the account-wide picture.
