03 —How it works

From scattered PDFs to a cited answer, in plain sight.

No black box. Technoschor reads your manuals, wiring diagrams, and service history, finds the passages that actually answer the question, and shows the page or service call behind every step. Here is exactly what happens between the question and the fix.

  1. 01 Connect
  2. 02 Ask
  3. 03 Resolve

Retrieval is scoped to your account — keyword + vector search over your own documents, never the open web.

04 —Connect your knowledge

Every manual, diagram, and service call — indexed.

Point Technoschor at the documents you already own. It reads each one end to end, splits it into passages small enough to retrieve precisely, and builds a searchable index — so the right paragraph and the right wiring sheet are one question away.

  1. 01 Sources Manuals · wiring diagrams · bulletins · service history
  2. 02 Read Pages, tables, and diagrams parsed into clean text
  3. 03 Chunk Split into overlapping passages that retrieve precisely
  4. 04 Index Keyword + vector index, scoped to your account

05 —Ask anything

Ask in plain language. Get the passage that answers it.

A technician types the question the way they’d say it out loud. Technoschor runs keyword and vector search in parallel, reranks the candidates so the most relevant passages win, and writes a grounded answer — with the source behind every claim.

Retrieval
Keyword search Exact terms — fault codes, part numbers, model names
Vector search Meaning — finds the right passage even in different words
Reranked Candidates merged and re-scored; the most relevant passages rise to the top

Dryer dropped E-23 and won’t finish draining. Where do I start?

E-23 E-23 is a drain-timeout fault. Work the drain path in order before touching the board:

  1. Clear the drain pump filter — lint, coins, or a button will trip it.
  2. Check the pressure switch hose for kinks or a blocked chamber.
  3. Measure impeller resistance at connector J4 against spec.
Service Manual · p.142 Service call #2189

Every step traces to a page or a past call — tap a citation to open the source.

06 —Resolve & track

Close the loop without leaving the tool.

An answer is the start, not the end. Log the work, schedule what should recur, and let a machine that reports a fault open its own ticket — all in the same place the answer came from.

Service calls & tickets

Turn a diagnosis into a service call, assign it, and keep the full history — so the next visit starts where the last one ended.

Maintenance automations

Schedule recurring service and auto-generate tickets, so preventive work happens on time instead of slipping quietly.

IoT webhooks

When a machine reports a fault, an inbound webhook opens a ticket automatically — no one has to notice and type it in.

Field notifications

The right technician is notified when a ticket lands or a job is assigned, so nothing waits in a queue no one is watching.

07 —Why it holds up

A confident answer is worthless if it’s wrong.

The whole pipeline exists for one reason: an answer a technician can trust on a live machine. That means it’s drawn from your documents, scoped to your data, and it shows its work.

  • Every answer is cited — Each step links to the exact manual page or past service call behind it — auditable, not a guess you have to take on faith.
  • Scoped to your data — Retrieval only ever touches your account’s documents and history. Never another customer’s, never the open web.
  • The right diagram, surfaced — When the answer leans on a schematic, that wiring sheet comes up alongside it — not a stock image of a different model.

Is the E-23 fix the same on the older drum model?

The drain-path checks are the same, but the older model routes the pressure switch differently:

  1. Same first steps — drain pump filter, then the pressure switch hose.
  2. On this model the chamber tap is below the sump, not beside it.
  3. Impeller spec differs — verify at J4 against the family sheet.

Same question, a different model — and the answer still names its source.
